With extensive experience and success in a wide variety of industries, Link brings more than 20 years of leadership to LAM Technology. As CEO, he plays an integral role in shaping the company’s strategic direction to provide outstanding technology solutions to customers around the world. Link oversees and directs LAM Technology’s financial, marketing, HR, and operations. His knowledge and expertise coupled with his energy and enthusiasm have contributed significantly to the success of LAM.
Jim’s career started in retail sales and management and quickly moved to telecommunications and technology sales. A major portion of his career was with AT&T as a top producer. As president of LAM, Jim is responsible for the company’s organizational vision, mission, and overall direction. He maintains awareness of both external and internal competitive landscapes, such as opportunities for expansion, markets, new industry standards, and developments. This includes leading the strategy for the acquisition and management of LAM’s top customers.Jim is active in his children’s school, family’s church, and his local community.
SVP of Sales
John has over 20 years of telecommunications experience. As a director with AT&T, John led a large team of sales professionals that acquired new business. John was recognized four times at The Leaders Council, a prestigious honor awarded to only the top 1% of AT&T’s workforce. His proven track record of success brought him to LAM Technology as the SVP of Sales. In this role, John manages the sales staff, overseeing each stage of the sales cycle.
